Hello and welcome to FixingWatches.com!
I am building this blog as a way to document and share my watch repair projects as I advance my skills as a budding horologist. Some of the watch repair projects that you’ll see here will work out perfectly while others might run into minor or even terminal problems; as I gain experience some of these problems will hopefully come to find resolutions.
As I work through various watch repairs I will try my best to document relevant data both for my own reference as well as for the benefit of the community. This information is based purely on my own anecdotal experience so there are a couple of things to note. Firstly, as my experience improves so will the format and quality of data documented here. Secondly, I am not a professional and this data worked well enough for my own personal uses so your mileage may vary.
I hope you enjoy checking back from time to time to check out some watch tinkering. This site is still pretty new so content and style are both changing frequently as I figure out what works here. Feel free to comment on posts if you have any questions, comments, or suggestions!
